The pool area was great with lots of chairs and umbrellas for shade. The location was convenient and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was quiet and had a comfortable bed.

The bathroom was quite small with hardly any counter space and the shower had poor water pressure. The internet was spotty and unreliable which made it difficult to work during my business trip.

This hotel is not bad, but you may not have a feeling satisfaction so much... in view of everything ...price, location, services, room size and facilities. Poorly-characterized hotel. A staff made me wait to check-in more than 10 minutes

An interesting place for exploring Pattaya. Free parking was provided to the guests. It took 5 minutes to reach Way Hotel on foot.

Clean rooms and friendly staff are some of the best aspects of this hotel. the lobby is spacious and offers free WiFi access, which is convenient. the location is great as it's easily accessible and well, connected. Plus, the hotel has a well, maintained pool.

A few negative aspects were noticeable during the weekend stay. the breakfast was poor, and the internet was not free in the rooms.

The hotel had a great location with transportation to downtown easily available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the facilities were enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was delicious.

The dcor has been given attention. Fixtures and fittings good. Three efficient staff at front. Complementary swim stuff which was nice. Very good room, good bed etc

location, too far from centre of town

The water pressure in the bathroom and the bed, and, for sure, the nearby restaurant where food and waitress are really nice. It is also a bit far from the center, but taxis are really cheap (1 euro), so no problem about that.

Honestly, I must say that it is currently almost "under construction", so it was a bit noisy since 7AM and this opinion may not be accurate since it is currently changing, but it has "some" things to improve... very small bathroom and not separated from the bedroom, furniture is preeetty old, balcony is 1 sq meter, a/c is really noisy... also cleanliness is improvable, but I guess standards in Thailand are different from Europe.

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay here! The hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. We received valuable recommendations from the manager on where to go and what to see, making our experience here even more enjoyable. She is easily one of the friendliest people we've encountered during our trip. we highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nice, clean, pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and I felt my room was secure. The hotel was quiet (far from noisy bar and agogo) it has free wifi in lobby. I would stay here again This hotel is highly recommended

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in a well-connected location, this hotel is a great choice. It's away from the noisy downtown area, but you can still easily get to the market and downtown by taking a short ride. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding provided daily, and the staff provides excellent service throughout the day. Plus, the breakfast buffet is a great value, offering plenty of choices.

One downside to the hotel is that the bathroom can get a bit moldy, but the staff is responsive and works hard to address any issues.
